Training is hard!

Hello everyone! As always, this week has been pretty cool.

Being a trainer is definitely ridiculously hard, mainly because I still don’t know what I’m doing a bunch of the time, and I have to try to tell someone else how to do missionary work. It’s a lot of fun though.

As we were biking to an appointment we found a wall with a bunch of gorillaz graffiti so we took some pictures by that.

Also my companion (Elder Jones) has really good Spanish, so that helps that I don’t need to be the one always talk with people.

We have a baptism scheduled for this Thursday! The guy is someone whose already been baptized but they lost the paperwork for it, so we had to re-teach and re-baptize him. It’s still super cool though, he has such a strong testimony about the gospel and is super ready to be baptized. I learned a lot from the couple of lessons that I’ve had with him!

We also spent a solid hour cleaning out our bathroom, because the previous missionaries that used it never did that. It was so gross and smelled really awful. The bathtub was slightly clogged and just smelled bad and we said “what do we have to make the bathtub smell better?” We looked around and all we could find was a giant bottle of crest mint flavored mouthwash. We determined that super strong mint was better than gross bathroom so we dumped the entire thing into the bathtub and now it just reeks of mint. That’ll probably stay there for a couple of days.

Thats about it for this past week. I don’t have anywhere near as much proselyting time due to the fact that we have four hours of studies because I’m training, but it’s still a lot of fun!

Love you all!
